ABSTRACT

Terrorism has shown us a hitherto unknown face of human nature. I know when a murder took place in the city during my college days, it created a big sensation. Nobody believed that such a thing could possibly happen in the peaceful environs of our place. For several weeks, everybody talked about it endlessly. When it was found that the foul act had been the work of an outsider, a non-Kashmiri, everybody heaved a sigh of relief.
