ABSTRACT

This chapter investigates the phenomenon of digital bullying in schools through a study that compares interviews with teachers and pupils on digital Bildung. The study was conducted in four different Norwegian schools and part of a digital Bildung project. The comparison of interviews shows inequalities between the understanding of digital bullying between the pupils and the teachers. The findings correspond with the gap found in understanding the digital Bildung of the pupils and the teachers. This chapter aims to investigate the differences and similarities of the conceptions of digital bullying given by pupils and teachers.
