ABSTRACT
In this concluding chapter student teachers are encouraged to reflect on what they have learnt so far and to continue to make time for reflection throughout their career to continue to develop and grow as a teacher.
This chapter suggests that student teachers should set their own targets and goals and suggest alternative ways to measure success. It also discusses the importance of maintaining vitality in your teaching, maintaining a good life/work balance and the numerous rewards of being a psychology teacher.
Finally, the chapter concludes with some suggestions for broadening teachers horizons beyond the classroom and increasing an awareness of global and cultural diversity in their career.
