ABSTRACT

Throughout the first book of the Routledge Focus on Team Academy series, stories of research and practice have emerged focused on the emergence and development of the Team Academy (TA) model, including its influence in pedagogical approaches to delivering entrepreneurship education. This concluding chapter is an amalgamation of a number of conversations that have taken place over the development of the Team Academy in Entrepreneurship Education book with many of the contributors, along with responses to some core questions about the place and purpose of TA as an educational approach. To help focus the thinking about the model, contributors were invited to consider responses to questions around the challenges faced when creating TA based programmes, the key learning that has come out of engaging with the TA model, and what the future of TA might be in a post COVID world. The emerging conversations in this chapter offer an indication of some of the contributors' thoughts about the model and approach.
