ABSTRACT

In this article, I will introduce design-ethnographical findings of Tiimiakatemia learning culture. The findings are represented through four contexts: 1) Learner (individual) 2) Team 3) Communal (Organisational) and 4) Team Coaching. I will concentrate especially on findings on Learner personas / identity and Team identity.

From the learners' point of view, I introduce six different and diverse learning personas based on the research material. I also introduce a team identity map, that shows Tiimiakatemia learning culture produces itself as a community of similar and diverse beginners, who construct themselves towards multiple identities, including entrepreneurship.

The article is based on ongoing doctoral research, that started in 2016. I have been working as a Senior Team Coach / Senior Lecturer in Tiimiakatemia since 2012.
