ABSTRACT

Throughout this second book of the Routledge Focus on Team Academy series, you will meet a number of researchers, practitioners, and learners all working with the Team Academy model and philosophy of entrepreneurial team learning. This concluding chapter is an amalgamation of a number of conversations that have taken place over the development of the Team Academy in Practice book with many of the contributors, along with responses to some core questions about how TA was spread and implemented around the world. To help focus the thinking about the model, we invited authors to consider responses to questions around the local culture, the institutional barriers, and what the future of TA and its international network might look like in a post COVID19 era. The emerging conversations in this chapter offer some indication of some of the contributors’ thoughts about the model and approach.
