ABSTRACT

The goal of the present chapter is to review the available evidence for technology-driven interventions in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and to discuss the different paradigms of technology-driven interventions such as brain interface, gamification, virtual reality, etc. Technological interventions can be delivered in a more personalized manner as technology has occupied a huge space in our day-to-day life. The effectiveness of technology-driven interventions in ADHD has been a topic of investigation in current literature. However, there is a strong need for conducting well-designed and structured studies to strengthen the existing evidence, as a majority of the studies are cross-sectional in nature and have been done on small samples.
