ABSTRACT
Despite much to celebrate, progress in diversity has nonetheless been slow and is still relatively small. Which makes those of us who work in diversity wonder if we are doing the wrong things, the right things but in the wrong way, or that we need to be doing new things that we haven’t yet considered. So what is going wrong?
