ABSTRACT
Since the early 2000s, the evidence base for good staff health delivering better outcomes has become more widespread. The COVID-19 pandemic has polarised need and insufficient resources are available to effectively address this. This chapter explores the adoption of existing technology and innovation to address the gap and deliver effective support and care.
