ABSTRACT

The year 2020 was an extremely important year for China. According to the arrangements of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this year was expected to complete a series of important economic and social development indicators and attain the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. The outbreak of COVID-19 and its evolution into a global pandemic show variability and multiplicity. The factors causing economic impacts are not only fraught with predictable risks, but also have many uncertain characteristics beyond risks. Economists have also showed much concern about this potential risk. During the growth and development of frogs and some other amphibians, very significant changes, called metamorphosis in biology, occur in their morphology and living habits. During the endemic period of COVID-19 in China, authors had envisaged that the epidemic would be mainly confined to China.
