ABSTRACT

However, the COVID-19 pandemic had a slight positive impact on digital services. As the most serious global public health event after World War Gàí, the COVID-19 pandemic has had an inestimable impact on the normal operation of the global economy and personnel mobility, and on China's economic and social development. GDP in the first quarter of 2020 decreased by 6.8 percent year on year, of which primary industry decreased by 3.2 percent, secondary industry decreased by 9.6 percent, and tertiary industry decreased by 5.2 percent. In recent years, according to the basic trend of economic restructuring in China, the proportion of the tertiary industry has been constantly higher than that of the secondary industry, but the productivity of the tertiary industry has been always lower than that of the secondary industry, despite a narrowing gap. As modern information technology is more widely used, the productivity of the tertiary industry has improved.
