ABSTRACT
The impact on economic activities has come from the COVID-19 pandemic; therefore, the strength and the epidemiologic features of the pandemic have become the main factor that will influence the process and mode of resumption of work and production. The degree of the pandemic's impact will determine the process of work and production resumption and the strength of the support policies taken. From the outbreak of COVID-19, the impact of the pandemic on economic activities and resumption of production and work may be roughly divided into three stages, described in the remainder of this section. When COVID-19 was basically controlled in China, priorities shifted to recovery of economic activities, but the increase of imported cases disrupted the original rhythm of work and production resumption in some districts and postponed the process to a certain degree.
