ABSTRACT

The Tata Group was founded as a private trading firm in 1868 by entrepreneurs and philanthropists with the aim of organizing the unorganized sectors of the Indian market, with years of accomplishment and seeing ups and downs. The Tata Group is still considered one of the most important companies in the Indian economy with its wide range of activities in different sectors and the dream of Ratan Tata to make India great in over the globe. Data and the new AI system are becoming the core of every business and sector and making it more efficient than ever and is termed as Business intelligence. With the ever-moving global trade, it is necessary for every business to stay active and versatile in the market. The new business intelligence process and concepts are developing all over the world to look on as warehousing and logistics. Tata, being a manufacturer of various products, needs so much handling of the data with respect to the different processes of logistics as well as warehousing. This research is an attempt to identify the implementation of the Oracle Transportation Management and business intelligence technology in the business model and what can be its outcome with regard to the business models of Tata. In this research, different reviews were collected from different review websites to get a more real understanding of the business in the real world, how it helped them, and what the usefulness of this software to business can be from financial help to good maintenance of the business with more logical and factual decisions.
