ABSTRACT
This chapter explores ways to enhance the student experience through technology, whilst supporting student learning, both in the classroom and online. Taking an inclusive approach, a range of examples will be explored looking at different ways of delivering content for a changing audience. Examples range from the use of emojis to quizzes with a focus on both maintaining student engagement and academic staff teaching practicalities. This chapter concludes by reflecting on how leaders can work with the early adopters of innovative approaches to teaching to drive change across a programme.
