ABSTRACT
Leading change in education often involves working in partnership with students and colleagues to develop new approaches to enhance the student learning experience. In this chapter, we explore how a consultative approach to developing new and innovative approaches to education has seen significant change within an institution and reflect on the methodologies utilised and the lessons learned.
