ABSTRACT

In this chapter, we review the role of the Programme Leader through three lenses: Landscape, Change and Toolbox – and, using these lenses, draw together salient lessons from each of the preceding chapters. We then build on these lessons and introduce the notion of Agile Leadership and Agile Programmes as a strategy to lead in a volatile world. Agility in Teaching and Learning leadership is pragmatically unpacked so as to offer practical advice to the reader. We then draw the book to a conclusion by considering the future of teaching and learning in a post-pandemic world, and end with our core maxims for Leading Teaching and Learning.
