ABSTRACT

A committee of eleven members shall be chosen out of the society, by ballot, to dispose of the said money, and concert upon such other business as the society shall transmit or lay before them : And seven members of the said committee shall be sufficient to form a quorum. The society’s money shall be deposited in the public funds. All grievances, complaints, or any other business appertaining to this society, shall be delivered in writing. Any member of the committee, who shall absent himself from the ordinary or extraordinary meetings, without being able to give his brother members satisfactory reasons, shall pay the fine of two shillings and six-pence. The committee shall be permanent fix months, and meet every two months ; each member shall be allowed the Aim of one shilling on their meeting-day or night, likewise his loss of time, at the rate of five shillings and three-pence per day, with other necessary expenses.
