ABSTRACT
White supremacists make use of a unique language and symbols to communicate with each other, recruit new members, and attempt to place fear in the hearts of those who they view as different and less than themselves. The chapter provides an overview of these symbols and language in six categories, including numbers, gestures, phrases and acronyms, symbols, and concepts. These provide the reader a foundation of understanding and many of these examples will be referenced throughout the book.
