ABSTRACT
This chapter features social practices related to graves and cemeteries. It describes the tradition of visiting graves on All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, maintaining and decorating graves. It looks not only at practices perpetuated by tradition but also at new trends; e.g., virtual commemoration and ecological solutions.
