ABSTRACT
This lesson provides detailed steps for conducting life history narrative data with the intention to identify meanings and idioms people use to convey feelings, events, and beliefs. Students will learn how to identify and analyze these themes and consider when and how translating qualitative to quantitative data is useful and why.
