ABSTRACT

Stress basically, is a loss-loss condition for which one needs to address and combat it to the best of our ability. In the collective management of stress-causing factors, the predominant objective is to minimize the situations that create tension within the company or organization. As a general rule, organizational changes are aimed at the restructuring of processes and tasks, which allow workers to develop their skills and increase their responsibilities while improving communication. Different strategies can be used, such as the development of a “healthier” culture, adapting leadership styles, the redistribution of power and authority, and responsible and active participation in decision making, developing both formal and informal internal communications, improving the general work atmosphere, and creating a favourable environment for the sustained, healthy and complete development of workers’ productive life in the company.
