ABSTRACT
The pandemic has changed the world order known to mankind. Judiciary has also not been spared. Judiciary has to fulfil constitutional mandate of dispensing justice. The pandemic has restricted movement; this has affected the need for a stakeholder in the justice dispensation system to remain physically present at a designated courthouse. The pandemic has allowed the judiciary to integrate technology and even artificial intelligence at a scale and at levels which are unprecedented.
