Introduction

Following a ‘personal confession’ Andrew Samuels frames this book with a discussion of the political turn in Jungian psychological, academy as the best critic of the clinic and clinical perspectives on academic research. He puts forth three ideas that benefit the clinic as it struggles to contribute not only on the individual level but also on the societal level: multidisciplinarity, contemporary Indigeneity and paying attention to diversity and equality.
