ABSTRACT
Inclusion Ville is having its annual SENCO conference and everyone are invited to attend one of the afternoon sessions. This is a panel discussion with Anita and Jenny. The SENCOs of Inclusion Ville have been primed to ask the questions they want, and the topic of focus is time and workload management. In commissioning Anita and Jenny, the Mayor of Inclusion Ville was keen to invest in the wellbeing of the SENCOs. He recognises wellbeing is a personal responsibility factor, i.e., professionals need to invest in themselves, but equally line managers and employers need to make time and space for these discussions.
