ABSTRACT
Querétaro is a generator of knowledge in technology in technological development centers, it is of vital importance for each research center to manage knowledge so as not to make repetitive errors, lost opportunities, among others. The proposition is, if the effects of knowledge management in the technological projects of Querétaro were achieved, to transfer the knowledge to society. What effects does knowledge management have on technological projects in Querétaro? Traditional qualitative research methodology by means of an interview, uses the Atlas.ti tool for coding. The results are that the researchers of the research centers achieve knowledge management in each of the members of the research project involved, but no evidence is left of the errors or attempts that were made to achieve the optimum. Conclusion: A manual of procedures is proposed to facilitate productivity in an efficient and effective way, leaving the knowledge reflected for others to use, avoiding making mistakes or investing time in something that has already been done, avoiding loss of time and money.
