ABSTRACT

This work’s main aim was to expose an empirical study of knowledge management from an example of a tutorial intervention with a humanistic approach, carried out in the year 2019 in a higher education institution, as a way of influencing the integral formation of the group under study, contributing to the development of the various dimensions of the subject itself, and thus, in its social development as well. The kind of investigation carried out was that of a field with an empirical approach, a case study that took 40 students and 2 teachers as a sample group, using the observation and interview as techniques and instruments of research. The knowledge management of teachers with extensive experience in the tutorial action was carried out in order to obtain the experience and corroborate the effectiveness, reviewing methods established by various authors, such as Álvarez Pérez among others, on which the importance of the students’ learning process and the tutorial work those teachers must carry out is highlighted:the explicit knowledge of the tutorial action with a human approach in a process for the execution with its respective instruments.
