Nature-based tourism in light of COVID-19

This chapter synthesizes materials published over the past year on COVID-19 and nature-based tourism. It summarizes the impacts of the pandemic on the nature-based tourism (NBT) sector; strategies adopted by operators and destinations in adaptation to the crisis; and tools and resources to help adjust the management and operations of NBT. It also highlights interventions required in light of the pandemic.
