I often reflect on my experiences as a school counselor. Deeply committed to my chosen task, I remain of the belief that I am doing what I was born to do. I am exactly where I need to be. I learned long ago that there are no irrelevant jobs in education. We each make a difference. The question is, what type of difference do we aim to make and do we hit the mark?
