ABSTRACT
This chapter explores how a major United States university developed its capacity to use student engagement survey data to enhance institutional and educational quality. It charts a journey from collecting data, getting key players involved and interested, to actually putting the data to use. Through this journey, the analysis presents and critiques various analyses enhancement strategies.
