ABSTRACT
The main objective of this chapter is to evaluate the extent of cooperation among enterprises, local governments, and business environment institutions. Its emphasis is on creating conditions for the performance of economic activities by those groups of respondents that are distinguished in the survey. The research results presented in this chapter have been derived from questionnaires answered by entrepreneurs, local governments, or representatives of the institutional business environment. The research results demonstrated how such collaboration was maintained and whether it was long-lasting. In addition, offices and business environment institutions were ranked according to their respective influences on business activities.
