ABSTRACT
Fulfilling a diverse range of goals in political organizations is one of the fundamental necessities. In this chapter, we introduced the political organizing ecosystem model (POE) to enhance the efficiency of political organizations in their path to make a new appreciation of their aims and also reap their objectives. The authors benefited from the qualitative content analysis method with a conventional approach. In this way, some in-depth interviews were conducted with Iranian high-level political practitioners including former presidents, ministers, political consultants, etc. and then the coding process was implemented. The ecosystem of political organizing has two layers: the form and the content layers. The form layer delineates the contributory factors to develop operational effectiveness in political organizations, and the content one elaborates on the factors that ensure the alignment of the current value in a political organization with the desired values of its senior political managers.
