ABSTRACT

This chapter describes two sets of claims in Nancy’s philosopher together, those about the law of existence and those about the operations of the juridical. Nancy’s own verdict concerning philosophy as it has come down to people institutionally is split: for philosophy since he designates its modus operandi, as if to tell each of people how to show up properly before the court of reason, how to be trained properly in adjudicating each philosophical case that comes before people in terms of the as if.
