Information technology (IT) changes how a workplace operates and is one of the components of digital trust in the workplace. This chapter aims to determine levels of trust in IT in the workplace by measuring of trust levels in IT that is prioritized, installed, and implemented there. It also presents the relationships and differences between trust in technology according to socio-demographics, employment, and the technological profiles of respondents. A total of 4,426 responses were analyzed from 36 countries using an online survey questionnaire. The results show that there is a moderate level (= 2.95) of trust in information technology in the workplace as perceived by the respondents. They also show that socio-demographics, employment profiles, and technological profiles appear to be significantly related to the level of trust in IT, which differs significantly according to the respondent’s job position. It concludes that there is a reasonable level of trust in IT that is utilized, installed, and implemented in the workplace. Employees have a moderate level of confidence in system features, electronic devices, the hardware and software used, and the information systems installed in the workplace.
