ABSTRACT

Craft products are notable for their distinctiveness and embedded sense of culture. This makes them different to other types of products in the marketplace. In order to encourage the development of craft products they need to be marketed in the right way. This will enable more people to understand the unique sense of style within craft products. The aim of this chapter is to focus on entrepreneurial marketing in the context of craft products. This means emphasising the way social marketing can be utilised in craft business projects.
