ABSTRACT
To the many obstacles that have faced LGBTQ people as they attempt to come to the United States (including violence, case backlogs, and lack of recognition of relationship status, among others), we now have the issues of COVID-19 as well as poor quality health-care, being used against LGBTQ people.
