ABSTRACT
The focus of this chapter is the criminalization of homelessness in Australia. In this chapter, the extent to which people experiencing homelessness are impacted by the criminal law, and criminal law processes, in Australia is explored, and the use of specialist courts to deliver services to criminalized individuals is examined.
