ABSTRACT
A former Norwegian Correctional employee reflects on his experiences working in prisons. He argues that all civilized countries need prison reformation. He discusses how prisons designed and based upon Prison Reform principles will not only decrease reoffending, but in fact, will be much more human, constructive, hopeful. It will make us safer and will be much cheaper to run.
