ABSTRACT

This book presents fundamental concepts, terms, principles, experiences, and creative concert production and entrepreneurship methods. The chapters cover significant musical and dramaturgical challenges that extend across society's various sectors. The introduction presents six types of special challenges: (1) To achieve high artistic competency; (2) To achieve production competency; (3) To establish value systems with value chains; (4) To create productions for communication of defined values; (5) To master live performances and various digital formats and channels to document and distribute promotional materials comprising sound, images, and film to support live performances; and (6) To cope with new emergent frameworks, conditions, trends and shifts in music and cultural programmes' national and international music markets.
