ABSTRACT
The Maharashtra Vidrohi Samskritik Sanghatan is a progressive cultural organisation that seeks to promote peace and harmony through art and literary activities. Their involvement with backward groups and Dalits in rural areas is noteworthy. My poetry in a Marathi translation has been published by Samyukt vidrohi Prakasan, Kolhapur. This speech was delivered on the occasion of the publication of the book and its launch. I have spoken about the deteriorating trend of the largest democracy in the world before the elite audience.
