ABSTRACT

This chapter is a descriptive study of artificial intelligence-empowered customer relationship management. This chapter explores the effects of artificial intelligence-enabled customer relationship management on customer awareness, consideration, conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty, based on the customer journey and examples.
