ABSTRACT
Rob Cohen will focus on organizational leadership and the duty to build a productive, thriving, ethical, and responsible working environment. Individuals who own a business, are part of the ownership team, or have the responsibility for sharing in the running of part of an organization are charged with the stewardship of building a successful and profitable enterprise. He will provide practical information and illustrations of attaining success and profit (or attaining goals in a not-for-profit) while being fair and kind to others, giving back to communities and sharing gratitude—all in an ethical manner. Community in this example is more than just the source of revenue. A successful business ethos is a combination of those sources, the individuals within those markets, trade associations, related industry foundations, organizations performing good works on behalf of members, employees, co-workers, and their families.
