ABSTRACT

This chapter is a personal and professional exploration applying the concept of love as a centering force for leading a museum organization. Drawing from my own philosophy and experience, supported by recent literature on love leadership, I offer suggestions to other museum leaders who want to know more about how they can make a difference in the culture of their team. Love leadership takes bravery; writing this chapter take bravery. Leaning into love in an organization takes courage as it has not been the norm in running organizations.
