ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the change in scenario in the post-pandemic world where only resilient organizations have managed to continue on the journey of growth. This is possible when organizations have resilient employees who can advance despite adversity. This chapter sheds light on existing interventions at both individual and organizational levels that can help employees become more resilient along with the need for new interventions. Finally, it includes the role of the organization and the domains that the organization can concentrate on while building resilient employees.
