ABSTRACT
Despite old age and disability having significant overlap, there is a tendency for older people to avoid identifying as disabled. Lamb explores this overlapping space as well as the overlap of the two relevant disciplines: disability studies and age studies. She argues that insights from both of these fields, when they are put into conversation, can result in the enrichment of both disciplines, as well as bioethics.
