ABSTRACT
The success of the ITE programme depends on the professional development of teachers, who are the keystones of change on the ground. This chapter starts with an introduction, followed by seven other sections reflecting on the TPD journey, including the design and implementation of the certificate course, and rich stories of the teachers, by the teachers and facilitators narrating their first-hand experience of the ITE impact on student learning and their own professional growth. The last section culminates key insights and lays down strategies for effective TPD for meaningful technology integration.
