ABSTRACT
This chapter summarises insights gained from the previous chapters of this book, raising the question whether EU antitrust law applied to sport does, in the year 2022, constitute a mature doctrine. The chapter further discusses three high-level sports cases (International Skating Union, European Superleague and Royal Antwerp FC) currently pending before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
