ABSTRACT
This chapter manifests a future in which digitalised social welfare services are accessible to the greatest number of people possible. The argument is made that universal design not only supports the practical roll-out of information and communication technology but also strengthens the empowerment and participation potential of the digitalisation of social welfare services.
