ABSTRACT

This chapter focuses on sexuality therapists finding their niche and articulating the importance of specialization and branding. The author suggests that having a niche is a benefit for clients as well as the clinician. It is equally important for both parties involved for successful therapeutic outcomes. For clinicians, it is imperative to know one's strengths, passions, and limitations. The chapter also adds several considerations for marketing one's business or practice to be in alignment with one's brand.
