ABSTRACT
This chapter features a series of conversations between London-based professional Intimacy Coordinators Vanessa Coffey and David Thackeray with book editor Joelle Ré Arp-Dunham. We discussed the practical processes and techniques of their work as it relates to Stanislavskian-style acting on screen productions. With backgrounds in Stanislavskian-based acting and directing training and experience teaching in higher education, Vanessa and David both bring a deep understanding of storytelling to the multitude of practical needs of actors and productions when working on staged sexual intimacy.
