ABSTRACT
The present paper seeks to emphasise on the contemporary form of art called twitter fiction, its experimental technique with its challenges or opportunities in storytelling. Despite its limitation and constraints, it will be interesting to see if twitter fiction can be an ally or an alternative to traditional fiction for a digital generation who prefers stories to be told in NOW moments. With reference to Chindu Sreedharan’s twitter fiction Epic Retold, it will also address the concern if twitter fiction can capture contemporary socio-political and cultural issues globally.
